Main Course: Lobster & Oyster Champagne Pasta
A rich, decadent seafood pasta featuring fresh lobster, oysters, and a creamy champagne sauce.
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails, shelled and chopped
6 fresh oysters, shucked
8 oz linguine or fettuccine
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup champagne or dry white wine
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add champagne and let simmer for 2 minutes, then pour in heavy cream. Stir well.
Add lobster and oysters, cooking for about 3–5 minutes until the seafood is opaque and tender.
Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss in the cooked pasta until well coated.
Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
½ cup pomegranate juice
1 tbsp honey or simple syrup

Instructions:
Muddle strawberries with honey in a glass until juicy.
Add pomegranate juice and stir well.
Fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water or champagne.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
Dessert: Chocolate Cinnamon Vanilla Mousse
A silky, spiced chocolate mousse infused with cinnamon and vanilla for a sensual finish.
Ingredients:
6 oz dark chocolate, melted
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 egg yolk (optional, for richness)
Whipped cream and shaved chocolate for garnish
Instructions:
Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler or microwave in short bursts. Let cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
If using, whisk the egg yolk into the melted chocolate for extra richness.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until smooth.
Divide into serving glasses and chill for at least an hour.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
